Just roll with it...

So, my sweet son is almost 4 months old now and I keep hearing the fun stories of his little friends learning how to roll over. With each story I have become more and more worried that I will never have that story to tell... because little Camp seems to have no desire to roll over at all! He doesn't just lay around. He has plenty of motivation to crawl and walk... but let's face it... there are other skills we need to tackle first... like rolling over. But everyday when we are having our "tummy time" that is the last thing that seems to be on his mind. That is, until yesterday...

Yesterday afternoon during Camp's last nap of the day he became VERY interested in rolling over. It cracked me up watching him work so hard at it! He finally wore himself out and fell asleep. That night while putting him to bed he did the same thing. All of the sudden the ONLY thing on his mind was rolling over. The next morning I was listening to him on the monitor and could tell that he woke up working on this new trick. It made me smile hearing his determination. It finally got very quiet and when I went in there I had a curious little boy looking up at me. =) He smiled and just laid their looking around and enjoying his latest accomplishment. 

Since then, Camp has decided that rolling over is his new favorite thing. Unfortunately, him waking up in the middle of the night and rolling over, only to get stuck on his back and calling for us to help... is not my favorite thing! =) I guess I asked for it. 

I am so proud of our little man. He is growing up so fast! I can already tell that he is going to be all over the place very soon.
